Tenure Track Assistant Professor – Management

About the role

The Lebanese American University seeks a tenure‑track Assistant Professor in Management to join its School of Business. The appointment will focus on Strategy, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, or Family Business Management and will involve teaching at both graduate and undergraduate levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and assess undergraduate and graduate courses in the selected management field.
• Develop and update curriculum in line with AACSB standards.
• Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Conduct high‑quality scholarly research and publish in reputable journals.
• Seek external research funding and contribute to the university’s research agenda.
• Participate in departmental service, committees, and community outreach.

Required profile

• PhD (or equivalent) from a recognized AACSB‑accredited university.
• Demonstrated expertise in Strategy, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, or Family Business Management.
• Strong academic record with evidence of research productivity.
• Ability to teach effectively at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Senior international experience is highly preferred.
