About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dekwaneh and focuses on delivering sales consulting and exceptional customer service over the phone. The Telesales Consultant will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and promote the company’s offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales consulting and drive outbound sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout each interaction.
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets and performance goals.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales consulting, sales, and training.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
