Technical Support Assistant

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Assistant to join our IT team. The role is ideal for someone with basic IT and electronics knowledge who is eager to develop technical skills in a hands‑on environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical assistance to internal users.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printing machines, including solvent, eco‑solvent, DTF, and large‑format outdoor printers.
- Maintain and organize spare parts inventory for printer maintenance.
- Support routine IT tasks such as hardware setup, software installation, and network connectivity.
- Document issues, solutions, and maintenance procedures for future reference.
Required profile
- Serious, responsible, and ready to work in a technical environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts and electronics.
- Willingness to learn and develop advanced technical skills.
Required skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Basic electronics understanding
- Printer repair
- Experience with solvent printers
- Experience with eco‑solvent printers
- Experience with DTF printers
- Experience with large‑format outdoor printers
