Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are a dynamic software engineering company that builds innovative applications and websites. We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our app and website development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables together with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Facilitate communication, conduct regular project meetings, and track progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing status updates and handling concerns.
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards through testing and validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in a software engineering environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Track record of successful app and website development projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience using Trello for task tracking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project for scheduling.
