Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Student Career Support

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter in the Career Hub Department will guide CIS College students through their job‑search journey. You will assess their interests, match them with suitable employment or internship opportunities, and provide continuous coaching from CV preparation to interview performance.

Key responsibilities

• Contact students to understand their job preferences, availability and readiness.
• Match students with appropriate job or internship openings.
• Assist students in creating and refining their CVs.
• Brief students on role expectations before referrals.
• Organise and conduct mock interviews to build confidence.
• Coach students on interview techniques and provide practical tips.
• Follow‑up after interviews to monitor progress and give feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field.
• Experience in student support, career services or recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination and follow‑up abilities.
• Strong passion for youth development and employability.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
