Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

AZADEA Group is looking for interns to join its Talent Acquisition Team. The intern supports the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, pre-screening, headhunting, scheduling interviews, shadowing hiring processes and documenting hiring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks to build a talent pipeline.
• Assisting in headhunting passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking events and referrals.
• Screening resumes and running initial pre-screening calls based on predefined criteria, and giving structured feedback on candidate profiles.
• Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Shadowing interviews to learn evaluation techniques and competency-based assessment.
• Supporting employer branding, university partnerships and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Participating in benchmarking and research on talent acquisition best practices.
• Maintaining accurate and organized documentation with the HR team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Zero to one year of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
