Supply Chain Coordinator – Beirut

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Beirut. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end procurement and shipping process, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations to customers and process purchase orders.
• Submit purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on order confirmations.
• Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure goods are shipped on schedule.
• Obtain, review, and validate packing lists for accuracy.
• Verify supplier invoices for correctness.
• Coordinate pre‑shipment inspections with designated agencies.
• Receive and verify shipping documents from suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Provide clear shipping instructions to freight forwarders.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices and shipping documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, inspection agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and related documents.
• Follow up on pending orders and proactively resolve supply chain issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
