About the role

PAR Consultants is hiring a Structural Engineer / Rebar Detailer to join its office team in Lebanon. The role focuses on preparing reinforcement shop drawings for reinforced concrete structures, and is full-time and on-site only.

Key responsibilities

Prepare 2D reinforced concrete shop drawings: plans, sections, details and bar bending schedules
Extract elements from the Revit structural model to produce the drawings
Make sure shop drawings match the design drawings and model
Address review comments and issue revisions

Required profile

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Proven hands-on experience preparing rebar shop drawings; this is not a training position
Good written English

Required skills

Strong AutoCAD skills
Working knowledge of Revit Structure: navigating and checking elements (advanced modelling not required)
Solid RC detailing knowledge: laps, anchorages, cover and spacing
