About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Structural Design Engineer to lead coordination between the client, design department, factory, and installation team, ensuring seamless project execution and high‑quality structural solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate communication and workflow between the client and internal teams (design, factory, installation).
- Oversee the design and detailed engineering of projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Optimize structural layouts for efficiency, safety and cost‑effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor the engineering team throughout project phases.
- Prepare comprehensive shop drawings and related documentation.
- Maintain continuous coordination among all parties to resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and management abilities to handle multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of detailing and material properties for various metals.
- Capability to manage several concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
