Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. The position is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks—such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, and growth strategy—that mirror real consulting work.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑language‑model based assessment.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to ensure the scenarios are usable for model training and validation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and synthesis of messy data.
• Excellent written communication for creating clear deliverables.

What we offer

• Opportunity to shape how next‑generation AI learns high‑level business reasoning.
• Fully remote work with flexible scheduling.
• Collaboration with a growing team of ex‑MBB consultants and AI experts.
