About the role
The Store Picker is responsible for accurately picking customer orders in our online grocery warehouse, ensuring that each item meets quality standards before delivery. This role supports the smooth flow of products from storage to the final customer doorstep.
Key responsibilities
- Picks client orders following the established process.
- Replenishes and merchandises products on shelves.
- Locates items using warehouse system data per SKU.
- Retrieves items from shelves, pallets, or fridges based on size, color, quantity, and quality requirements.
- Wraps and stages items correctly for delivery.
- Coordinates with the Warehouse Controller on quantity or item discrepancies.
- Maintains high health and safety standards.
- Assists with cycle counts, fresh produce treatment, expiry checks, and stock takes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a technical degree, or currently pursuing one.
- 0‑1 year of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
