STEM Project Designer – Remote, Hands‑On Maker Role

About the role

Do you love building things just for fun? If 3D printers, Arduino boards, LED matrices or gadget design get you excited, this remote position could be your dream job. You will help create hands‑on STEM project boxes for kids aged 6 and up, inspiring curiosity and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging, hands‑on STEM projects for children.
• Develop and test working prototypes using 3D modeling and electronics.
• Collaborate with the educational team to align designs with learning objectives.
• Create clear, kid‑friendly assembly instructions.
• Iterate designs based on testing feedback and user experience.

Required profile

• Expertise in at least one area: Fusion 360, Arduino/microcontroller coding, or electronics circuit design.
• Portfolio of personal, open‑source, or community projects.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passion for creating educational experiences for children.
