Specialist, DSPV Compliance

About the role

Insmed is seeking a Specialist in Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance (DSPV) Compliance to support its global pharmacovigilance activities. Reporting to the Director of DSPV Compliance, you will help ensure that all safety processes meet regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development, review, and approval of DSPV controlled documents such as SOPs, policies, templates, and forms.
• Maintain team trackers, documents, and folders to ensure accurate and efficient document management.
• Schedule, document, and track Adverse Event Reporting trainings for Insmed representatives.
• Facilitate DSPV training programs tailored to specific team roles.
• Initiate, track, and follow up on non‑compliance matters for Insmed and PV‑related vendors.
• Support the review and management of deviations, CAPAs, quality events, and other compliance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant pharmacovigilance experience.
• Strong ability to manage competing deliverables and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
