Software Business Analyst

About the role

GlobeMed Group, the leading healthcare benefits management company in the MENA region, is seeking a Software Business Analyst to drive requirements analysis, documentation and communication across projects. The role bridges business needs with ICT solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis, elicit and manage requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and EPICs.
• Plan and monitor business analysis activities, maintain the product backlog, and collaborate with Product Owner and development teams.
• Perform solution assessment, validation, and support testing activities, including root‑cause analysis and quality checks.
• Research and develop business models, competitive intelligence, and process improvements.
• Standardize communication between clients and developers, documenting business processes and requirements.
• Provide training and support to end users, QA, and development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• Extensive experience in the solutions‑provider industry, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong understanding of business terminology and ability to prioritize business value.
• Proven ability to write and execute test scenarios and cases.
