About the role
We are seeking a Software Application Support professional to deliver technical and functional assistance for our business applications. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing support tickets, and providing training to ensure smooth operation of the software.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and on‑site visits.
- Manage and follow up on customer calls, tickets, and service requests.
- Document ticket resolution and ensure issues are closed professionally.
- Deliver online and on‑site training for end‑users.
- Finalize and deliver assigned support tasks.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- Minimum 2 years experience installing and supporting business applications.
- Previous experience in a software company in a similar support role.
- Familiarity with business applications such as inventory, billing, accounting, POS, payroll, and asset management.
- Knowledge of SQL Server.
