Social Media Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real estate brand looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence and generate high‑quality leads. You will own the content pipeline across multiple platforms and shape the way our properties are showcased to the community.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, OLX, DoorEast and the company website.
• Develop and execute social media strategies for listings, open houses and brand campaigns.
• Capture, edit and produce photos and videos of properties, agents and events.
• Write compelling captions, reels scripts and property descriptions.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns, optimise for lead generation and monitor budgets.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture an online community.
• Track performance metrics, produce regular reports and refine strategies based on data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and their advertising platforms.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
