SMS Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SMS Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth within our SMS marketing and communication services. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage client financial accounts and monitor payments.
• Develop and implement account strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Oversee and optimize SMS campaigns.
• Provide excellent client support and resolve any issues promptly.
• Generate reports on campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (certifications a plus).
• Proven experience in account management, preferably in SMS marketing or telecommunications.
• Strong background in client relationship management and campaign execution.
• Customer‑focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
