Site Engineer – Ferzol

About the role

Daher Foods is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate engineering and construction activities across its facilities. The role ensures that all projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with technical specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, monitor contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and contractual requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and material submittals for constructability and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on‑site, resolve engineering issues, and coordinate design clarifications with consultants.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify quality, monitor testing and commissioning, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental policies, performing regular safety inspections and ensuring safe work practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision and coordination of construction or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, local regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and manage project risks.

Required skills

• Interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material submittal procedures.
• Construction method evaluation and technical problem‑solving.
