About the role
The Site Architect will ensure proper quality and scheduling of concrete prefab house construction, overseeing finishing tasks and coordinating site activities to meet client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality control over all site works, including painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum and wood finishes.
- Identify site problems and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other parties to resolve issues promptly.
- Use Microsoft Project to prepare detailed schedules for project tasks and procurement activities.
- Monitor the progress of procurement and on‑site activities against the schedule.
- Update the schedule weekly and provide progress reports to clients.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works and wood works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for design documentation and data management.
