About the role

Allied Engineering Group is seeking a Senior Support Specialist to join its Beirut office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering advanced technical assistance and high‑quality customer service to the company’s exclusive clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues for clients.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with clients to address their needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support and IT system maintenance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills for performance assessment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with SWIFT platforms (preferred).
