Senior Strategy Manager

About the role

Toters is an on-demand e-commerce and delivery platform operating in the Middle East. It is looking for a Senior Strategy Manager, a sharp, agile thinker with a strong strategic mindset, to help the company unlock its next phase of growth. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, tackle bottlenecks and drive company-wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the company's strategic vision with senior leadership and lead the development, communication and design of corporate strategies
• Partner with commercial, finance, marketing and product teams to align on strategic priorities
• Oversee high-impact projects, governance and compliance, keeping them on time, within budget and compliant with regulations
• Track and report on OKRs, analyze internal performance and prepare reports and presentations for the board, investors and senior leadership
• Research industry players, market trends and competitors, and assess business unit performance across geographies
• Identify new business opportunities and advise the executive team, while managing external relationships such as partnerships, clients and vendors
• Lead and mentor a team of strategy professionals, and guide senior staff and emerging leaders
• Source, evaluate and close strategic partnerships and M&A deals, including due diligence, financial modeling, risk assessment, transaction management and post-merger integration

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting or transformation
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience working with executive leadership and/or board members
