About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Architect to lead quality control and scheduling for our concrete prefabricated housing projects. The role focuses on ensuring construction standards are met while coordinating site activities and procurement timelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee quality control of all on‑site works, including finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum and wood works.
  • Identify site issues, liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Track procurement and construction activities, updating schedules weekly and reporting progress to clients.

Required profile

  • Extensive experience in construction finishing works and prefab housing projects.
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple parties and manage site‑level challenges.
  • Proven expertise in architectural design and site supervision.

Required skills

  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Project
  • Primavera (or equivalent scheduling software)
