Senior Performance & Talent Development Specialist

About the role

Chedid Capital, a leading financial holding group in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, is seeking a Senior Performance & Talent Development Specialist. You will support the Group’s performance management, talent development, succession planning, onboarding, and learning initiatives across its global subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full performance management cycle, including appraisals, 360° feedback, KPI setting, and mid‑year reviews.
• Collect, organize, and analyse performance data and KPIs to inform reporting and decision‑making.
• Support implementation, maintenance, and adoption of digital HR tools for performance, feedback, and learning.
• Act as the central point for Talent Management requests, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
• Monitor Personal Development Plans, ensuring proper documentation and timely completion.
• Contribute to succession planning framework improvement and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in designing and updating organisational charts.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, assign materials, and track completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR concentration) or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Proven experience with HRIS and Talent Management systems.
