Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

WonderEight is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its creative team. You will craft visually engaging assets that support client brand identities and marketing goals across a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design brand collateral, social media content, print and digital ads, packaging, website graphics, and more.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain brand guidelines while delivering innovative and impactful designs.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Present design concepts to clients, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback.
• Review and refine work to meet agency and client standards.
• Organize and maintain brand assets, templates, and design libraries.
• Stay current with visual trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in branding, social media, campaigns, and visual identity design, preferably within an agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
