Senior Finishing Foreman – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

Kfoury Engineering & Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Finishing Foreman to lead high‑end residential finishing works on luxury villa projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing trades meet the company’s quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all architectural finishing activities, including plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum, ceilings, marble, and carpentry.
• Manage subcontractors and site labor to ensure timely and accurate execution of works.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, guaranteeing compliance on site.
• Monitor workmanship quality and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed progress reports and communicate updates to project management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in finishing works.
• Extensive background in luxury villa projects with a strong understanding of high‑end residential standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, organize tasks, and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.
