Senior ERP Payroll Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior ERP Payroll Officer to join our multinational engineering company in Beirut. You will be responsible for managing the payroll module of our ERP system, ensuring accurate salary processing, compliance with local labor and tax regulations, and delivering timely payroll reports.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Payroll/Salaries module within the ERP system.
• Process monthly salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and allowances.
• Maintain accurate employee master data, including grades, contracts, bank details, and benefits.
• Calculate and validate payroll taxes, social security contributions, and statutory deductions.
• Generate payroll reports, payslips, and management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor laws and tax regulations.
• Handle payroll adjustments, retroactive payments, and end‑of‑service calculations.
• Support payroll audits and respond to internal or external queries.
• Assist in ERP payroll upgrades, testing, and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on payroll experience.
• Proven experience with ERP payroll systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, salary calculations and local tax regulations.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and strong analytical skills.
