Senior Drupal Developer

About the role

The Senior Drupal Developer will lead the implementation, modernization, and continuous enhancement of the university and medical center web platforms built on Drupal. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder collaboration to drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AUB and AUBMC Drupal platforms, defining architecture, standards, and governance.
• Develop and maintain custom modules, themes, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems such as IAM, SSO, ERP, and analytics.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, disaster recovery, and compliance with accessibility standards.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and oversee sprint planning, vendor coordination, and release management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Drupal development experience, including large‑scale enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience with Drupal 9/10 architecture, migration, and multisite environments.
