Senior Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team. The role blends strategic thinking, design leadership, and hands‑on execution to deliver compelling digital experiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of digital campaigns, websites, apps, and interactive experiences with a strong focus on UI/UX, brand identity, and creative innovation.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to turn concepts into reality.
• Mentor junior designers, provide art direction, and set high standards for creativity and execution.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders with clear strategic rationale.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, 3D, and motion graphics.
• Optimize designs for multi‑device and multi‑platform experiences.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of proven experience in digital design, preferably within an agency, tech, or SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, UI/UX projects, and motion or interactive design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership experience in mentoring, critique, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools.
