Senior Clinical Research Associate – IoR & Regulatory – Homebased

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with strong IoR and regulatory experience to work from home in Lebanon. The role focuses on ensuring site compliance, patient safety, and high‑quality data collection across clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close‑out visits (on‑site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH‑GCP and Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices (GPP) compliance.
• Evaluate overall site performance, provide actionable recommendations, and promptly communicate serious issues to the project team.
• Verify informed consent processes, protect patient confidentiality, and assess safety or data‑integrity concerns such as protocol deviations or pharmacovigilance issues.
• Conduct source document review, ensure accurate data entry into case report forms (CRFs), and support the Clinical Monitoring/Site Management Plan.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a strong background in IoR and regulatory affairs.
• In‑depth knowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines, GPP, and relevant local regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a home‑based setting while maintaining effective communication with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
