Senior Brand Manager - Gin & Baileys

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager will connect global brand strategy with regional market realities, driving growth for Gin & Baileys in the EEME region. You will shape locally relevant strategies, influence distributor partners, and align investments to maximize brand equity and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market growth agenda for strategic brands, translating global and regional direction into local growth strategies.
• Shape market choices across consumers, portfolio, investment and activation to build brand equity.
• Influence and collaborate with distributor partners, setting direction and strengthening execution capabilities.
• Align consumer strategy, investment and execution priorities across internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Marketing, Commercial or FMCG environments.
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and delivering commercial results.
• Strong consumer, cultural and commercial acumen with ability to turn insights into action.

Required skills

• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, distributors and agency partners in a matrix environment.
• Digital, data and AI literacy with a passion for applying new capabilities to drive marketing effectiveness.
