Senior Art Director - Luxury

About the role

ASTUDIO is looking for a hands-on Senior Art Director with a strong branding background, a forward-looking creative eye and a clear understanding of what makes marketing work. You will have room to shape the work, lead a talented team and create for luxury brands, with ownership from the first idea to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily creative delivery across social accounts, including Reels, Stories, TikToks, carousels and paid social.
• Build distinctive brand identities and bring them to life through campaigns and everyday content.
• Give designers, editors and creators clear direction, thoughtful feedback and practical support, keeping deadlines on track and getting hands-on when needed.
• Use design, motion and current AI image and video tools to produce fresh, polished work.
• Learn from audience response and performance data to make each execution more effective.

Required profile

• Strong agency experience in branding, art direction and fast-paced social content production.
• Exceptional taste, original thinking and hands-on skills.
• The confidence to lead, the openness to collaborate and the initiative to take work through to completion.
• A portfolio showing branding, social, motion and AI-assisted work, with your contribution and the thinking behind it.
