Senior Art Director

About the role

This role leads the visual direction of projects, turning client briefs into compelling visual concepts for AR experiences, social media content and campaigns. It also manages the design team's workflow and supports clients through polished visual materials.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual style of projects, aligned with client briefs
• Translate briefs into visual directions for AR experiences, social media and campaigns
• Review, refine and approve visuals from the design team
• Manage timelines, priorities and task distribution within the design department
• Collaborate with motion designers, editors, 3D artists and AR developers
• Prepare and polish visual materials for presentations and client approvals
• Mentor designers and stay up to date with design, AR and social media trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency
• Portfolio showing campaigns across digital and social platforms
• Leadership, communication and presentation skills, able to guide creative teams and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Solid understanding of motion graphics, 3D and visual storytelling
• Knowledge of 3D design principles and workflows; experience in 3D environments is a plus
