Senior Accountant – Jdaidet El Matn

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our consulting office in Jdaidet El Matn. This full‑time, on‑site position includes Saturdays and focuses on delivering high‑quality accounting, tax, and internal audit services to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and monthly closing reports.
• Monitor daily transactions and maintain up‑to‑date ledgers.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to financial and tax regulations.
• Analyze financial data and produce management reports for decision‑making.
• Prepare tax declarations and support clients with tax compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and provide guidance on accounting matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Audit, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation and internal auditing.
• Experience preparing tax declarations and knowledge of taxation laws.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; prior experience in an accounting firm is a plus.
