Security Agent

About the role

The Security Agent ensures the safety and protection of the hotel premises, assets, staff, and guests at Kempinski Beirut. This role involves proactive patrolling, monitoring access points, and responding swiftly to any security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and patrols of all hotel areas.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious behavior.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire services, and emergency medical personnel as needed.
• Control public access, manage key withdrawals, and maintain accurate logs.
• Respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and apprehend trespassers.
• Assist Guest Relations, Restaurant Manager, Doorman, and Valet with security‑related requests.
• Ensure fire exits and corridors remain unobstructed and fire safety equipment is operational.
• Perform security rounds in guest floors, lobby, and parking areas, documenting observations.
• Support the Manager on Duty and local authorities during VIP arrivals or emergencies.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a uniformed environment.
• Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and external agencies.
• Understanding of hotel security policies, fire safety, and health regulations.
