Scrum Master – Digital Banking (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery of digital banking solutions in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on mobile, internet banking, payments and onboarding initiatives, working closely with product owners, technology and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with business goals.
• Remove impediments and ensure teams meet sprint commitments while adhering to banking governance and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts and team capacity.
• Coordinate with QA, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and operations to deliver secure, compliant features.
• Coach development teams and stakeholders on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead on digital banking or fintech projects.
• Strong understanding of banking governance, compliance and risk management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
