Salesforce Technical Consultant

About the role

CRP Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join its growing team. You will work on current and future projects, helping clients design, develop, and configure Salesforce and related technologies such as Certinia.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and configure Salesforce components, including Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Design integration patterns and implement data exchanges between systems.
• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support project delivery across development, configuration, and solution design phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce.
• Strong ability to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and working in a consulting environment.
• Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise.
• Apex programming.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Flows.
• Integration techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
