Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – Construction Materials

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects in the construction and building‑materials sector. You will own the customer journey from contract signing through to product hand‑over, ensuring a smooth and profitable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by contacting contractors, developers, architects and consultants.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms and close contracts that benefit both the client and the company.
• Coordinate project progress with internal engineering teams and external clients to guarantee timely delivery.
• Respond promptly to technical inquiries, provide drawings and support as needed.
• Collaborate with the Credit Controller to follow up on payments.
• Oversee all project phases to ensure they are completed on schedule and according to specifications.
• Offer basic technical assistance to architects and consultants when required.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, management or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of sales experience in construction or building‑materials.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and result‑driven attitude.
