Sales Executive

About the role

Le Gray Beirut is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for promoting the hotel’s rooms, restaurants, spa, meeting facilities and other services while driving revenue and achieving RevPAR targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate room and facility sales through daily calls, client visits and planned sales trips.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, guests and business partners.
• Prepare monthly sales activity plans, reports and follow‑up on all leads.
• Maintain and update the hotel’s sales database and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote and upsell rooms, F&B outlets, spa, meeting spaces and other hotel services.
• Ensure contracts, deposits and follow‑up for group and corporate bookings are properly managed.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet client requirements and uphold service standards.
• Handle client and guest concerns professionally with a guest‑first approach.
• Collaborate with Finance on credit matters and outstanding accounts.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining professional client relationships.
• Sales‑oriented, proactive and target‑driven personality.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems such as Protel.
• Experience with revenue management software like IDeaS.
