About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Lebanon. The role bridges technical expertise and commercial acumen to help customers adopt our SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams throughout the sales cycle, from requirement gathering to solution design.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Answer technical questions, support solution design, and translate customer requirements into viable SaaS solutions.
Required profile
- Lebanese professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, software solutions, technical sales or pre‑sales, with strong B2B exposure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, capable of building credibility with customers.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with SaaS products.
- Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
