Research & Development (R&D) Specialist

About the role

The R&D Specialist will evaluate and validate new aesthetic technologies, devices, consumables, and clinical procedures for BioSwiss Group brands. This role ensures that innovations are scientifically sound, operationally feasible, safe, and aligned with the company’s clinical standards and customer experience goals, particularly for women.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and scientific assessments of new aesthetic devices, treatment technologies, and materials before adoption.
• Perform structured testing and validation to evaluate safety, efficacy, and operational feasibility.
• Develop evidence‑based treatment protocols that integrate devices, products, tools, and manual techniques.
• Standardize treatment methodologies and technical guidelines across all entities.
• Identify technical risks related to devices, consumables, and spare parts and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and guidelines for newly introduced products.
• Present research findings and improvement recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, analyze procurement data, and support procurement teams with technical input.

Required profile

• Strong scientific and technical background in aesthetic or medical device fields.
• Experience in evaluating and validating new technologies and developing treatment protocols.
• Ability to assess technical risks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for knowledge transfer.
