Reporting Officer

About the role

CARMA is seeking Reporting Officers to join its Beirut or Cairo offices. In this role you will handle day‑to‑day client requests, produce analysis and ad‑hoc reports, and leverage CARMA’s AI‑enabled tools to deliver accurate, timely insights.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and interpret client report requests, ensuring correct understanding and on‑time delivery.
• Produce analysis, ER and ad‑hoc reports that meet client requirements and CARMA’s quality standards.
• Utilise CARMA’s in‑house AI tools to accelerate report production.
• Analyse data to generate accurate, well‑structured reports.
• Collaborate with fellow Reporting Officers, sharing workload and knowledge.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or a similar analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, information systems or a related field.
• Strong data analysis ability and good written communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, meet daily and weekly deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data cleaning).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
• Experience with BI/visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
