Remote Video Editor (Lebanon)

About the role

Reach, a Dubai‑based marketing and talent management agency, is seeking a creative Video Editor based in Lebanon to work remotely. You will craft engaging short‑form and long‑form video content for influencer campaigns, brand projects, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
• Produce long‑form assets including podcasts, interviews, campaign videos, YouTube episodes, and brand films.
• Add subtitles, captions, sound effects, music, transitions, graphics, and basic motion elements.
• Adapt each video into multiple formats and sizes to meet platform specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Content Manager and cross‑functional teams to follow briefs, creative direction, and feedback.
• Maintain organized project files, raw footage, and final deliverables.
• Stay current on social‑media editing trends and support urgent edits for fast‑moving campaigns.

Required profile

• Based in Lebanon with proven video‑editing experience, preferably in social‑media, agency, creator, or brand environments.
• Strong understanding of digital‑first content and the ability to create attention‑grabbing hooks.
• Excellent communication, deadline‑driven work ethic, and ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
