Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will be the friendly voice that assists customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
