Relationship Consultant – Client Matchmaking

About the role

ET3Labs, the creator of AlKhattaba®, is seeking a Relationship Consultant to join its matchmaking team. You will act as a trusted guide for clients seeking life partners, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and culturally respectful journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients regularly to build trust and understand their partner preferences.
• Conduct needs assessments through tailored questioning.
• Search the company’s databases to identify compatible matches.
• Present potential matches with clear, transparent information.
• Moderate and oversee conversations between clients and their matches.
• Facilitate negotiations to find common ground.
• Follow up with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document actions and outcomes accurately.
• Suggest system improvements based on client feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or administration.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong written Arabic skills and Arabic keyboard proficiency.
• Familiarity with Islamic marriage customs and traditions.
