Regional Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple business units and countries from our Beirut office. The role is full‑time, on‑site and reports directly to senior leadership, ensuring HR practices align with the group’s vision, mission, and local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of HR professionals handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance appraisal, exit interviews and daily HR operations.
• Supervise HR activities for overseas operations and ensure compliance with each country’s labor laws.
• Develop and implement regional HR initiatives that support corporate growth, operational goals, and market conditions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to field leadership on organizational design, workforce effectiveness, change management and leadership capability.
• Design talent development frameworks, succession plans and engagement programs.
• Maintain and update HR policies, provide strategic guidance, analyze HR data and produce regular reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of senior HR experience, preferably in mobility or leisure services.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑country HR functions and lead teams.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and payroll control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
