Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our Beirut team. This performance‑driven position focuses on closing property transactions, with income primarily generated through commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and close real estate transactions in assigned neighborhoods.
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout buying, selling, or renting processes.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of local listings, market trends, and neighborhood data.
• Generate new opportunities by networking with property owners and local contacts.
• Collaborate with a support team (data assistant, graphic designer, social media manager) to serve clients effectively.
• Represent the agency professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales (sales experience alone is insufficient).
• In‑depth knowledge of the Beirut property market.
• Own car and a valid driving license.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with full‑time availability, including flexible hours.
• Existing network in Beirut is a strong plus.
• Understanding that commission, not base salary, is the primary source of income.
