About the role

RTI Development is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to represent exclusive property projects in Beirut. You will build relationships with buyers, investors and clients, guiding them through the full purchasing journey while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors and clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Conduct professional property presentations and site viewings.
• Advise clients throughout the purchasing process with confidence and integrity.
• Present investment opportunities that align with client goals.
• Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company’s CRM system.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide trusted real‑estate advice.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales with a track record of closing deals.
• Passion for property, investment and delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Organised, professional and able to manage multiple clients effectively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
