Real Estate Agent – Full-time in Beirut

About the role

Blueprint Contracting is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its Beirut team. This full-time position combines on-site client interaction with the flexibility to work remotely when needed, focusing on buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the property transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on market trends.
• Perform property showings, negotiate offers, and prepare contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Handle administrative tasks related to transactions, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of closing property deals.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market trends and legal regulations.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and highly organized.
• Familiarity with the Beirut real‑estate market is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for market research.
