Quality Management Systems (QMS) Senior Specialist

About the role

The Quality Management Systems (QMS) Senior Specialist will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s QMS within the Organizational Excellence Department. You will work closely with business units to align processes with ISO standards and internal quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain QMS documentation and records according to document‑control requirements.
• Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and support the design of enhanced procedures.
• Draft, review, and update policies, SOPs, work instructions, process flows, RACI matrices, and related controlled documents.
• Coordinate cross‑functional reviews and validation of QMS documentation.
• Support ISO 9001 activities, including internal audits, corrective actions, and follow‑up.
• Monitor non‑conformities, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives, ensuring timely closure.
• Collect quality‑related information and evidence from various departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in QMS, process excellence, or compliance.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and professional writing abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (preferred) and other relevant quality standards.
• Experience with business process documentation, SOP development, and controlled documentation.
• Proficiency in process‑mapping methodologies and workflow design.
• Experience conducting internal quality audits and managing corrective actions.
