Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure the reliability, performance, and overall quality of the Brainex ONE intelligent platform. This role focuses on testing AI‑powered logistics workflows, validating automation and AI/ML features, and building automated testing frameworks in collaboration with development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI‑driven logistics operations.
• Validate system‑led functionality, intelligent automation, and multi‑language, multi‑cultural, accessibility features.
• Perform rigorous testing of complex business workflows, operational processes, and real‑time data processing.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and continuous quality assurance pipelines.
• Conduct performance, load, and scalability testing for high‑volume operational data.
• Collaborate with developers to define quality gates, acceptance criteria, and integration testing across all platform modules.
• Assess AI/ML model performance and intelligent system behavior.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Proven track record in performance, load, and scalability testing.
• Experience testing enterprise applications, preferably in logistics or ERP environments.
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI/ML testing approaches and accessibility compliance is a plus.
